The location is fantastic, right next to the river and close to downtown. The room was a bit outdated, and the bed could be more comfortable. Jerry and Larry at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fire pit area by the stream, but the parking situation was tight.

Nice location by the stream and close to attractions. The bathroom was dimly lit and could use some updates. Kids enjoyed the playground nearby.

The rooms were recently remodeled and so comfy, I felt right at home! The beautiful setting by the creek was perfect for relaxation. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

I booked a room with a balcony, but ended up in a basement-level room with no views at all. The staff didn’t care at all, and to top it off, parking was a nightmare with no tags—super frustrating!

Location is a strength. Close enough to the action, yet secluded. I adored our little cabin. My son found calm gazing at the river from the balcony. A perfect backdrop for coffee and lightening bug evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience. The chalet was clean and equipped with essentials, plus the creek view was beautiful. moving between three units was a challenge. Not ideal for someone dealing with mobility issues. Some maintenance and updates are needed inside. Cleanliness could improve; grime lingered in the bathrooms. Ultimately, a charming spot with potential. With a few tweaks, it could be exceptional. A hidden gem worth revisiting.

Comfortable room, peaceful balcony with a beautiful rushing brook and a well-equipped kitchenette that made our stay enjoyable and convenient.
Hard to think of anything.

I enjoyed my three-day visit at Carr's Northside Hotel and Cottages. The deck by the creek was a highlight, perfect for unwinding. The staff was exceptional—Thomas made my late arrival smooth, guiding me where to park and find my room. A lovely place for a retreat.

The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from the main strip of Gatlinburg, making it super easy to visit all the attractions, including Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium, while also offering a peaceful retreat beside a lovely creek where I could enjoy the sound of water by the fireplace; the spacious kitchen was ideal for our group, but the beds could use some upgrading for ultimate comfort.

The staff are friendly and super helpful, really made me feel welcomed. The streams run right by the patio, and the campfire area is perfect for evening relaxation.
The hot tub was out of order during my visit.

Loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room; bright lighting and high ceilings added a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, and the sound of the nearby stream was soothing. I encountered issues with a dirty bed upon check-in, which led to an early departure. Staff interactions were warm, especially with a special needs guest, but customer service faltered when I raised my concerns. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi and ongoing noise from other guests detracted from the experience. A beautiful setting, but some aspects left me disappointed.

The wedding ceremony was stunning and well-organized. We had excellent room service and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny.

The room was clean and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. I enjoyed the cozy fireplace, although the initial gas smell was concerning. Temperature control was tricky; the A/C got too cold too fast, but overall, it was manageable. The sound of the waterfall was soothing and provided a peaceful atmosphere. Cooking our meals was convenient, thanks to the small stove and oven.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Jacuzzi was difficult to use.
